This project was about us creating something to sell for money at an exhibition night and then giving to money to a charity that is decided upon by the student counsel. My partner and I decided to make Christmas cards out of card stock, straws and cardboard. We made about 50 of them and sold some of them for a discount in packs of five. When we sold out near the end of the night, we had raised about 87 dollars. I think that this is the best project I've done all year in math because the attention to detail in this has been unmatched by any other project I've done due to the specific design of the cards, the information we collected about our sales, as well as our selling out.
